Delivery & Returns
1. How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us with details of your purchase along with shipping details and a tracking number.
2. How much do you charge for shipping?
We levy a nominal shipping charge based on the weight of the product. On an average, a single product can incur a charge of Rs.100. If your order is above Rs. 3500 then you will get free shipping on it.
3.Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping but plan to do so in a few months.
4. When should I expect my shipment to be delivered?
Your order will be processed within 48 hours after which most courier companies usually take 3-5 business days to make a delivery.
5. Can I change the address to which I want products to be delivered?
You can change the delivery address by contacting our Customer Service at email@example.com, before the order gets verified. The delivery address cannot be changed after you receive a confirmation email.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You may submit a cancellation request for your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order.
7. Can I return an order?
We currently do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for a purchase. However, you may exchange a product within 7 business days of receiving your order.
8. Under what circumstances can I exchange an item?
You may exchange an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase or in cases of manufacturing defects or if you have received a wrong product. Kindly complete and submit the Product Exchange Form
within 24 hours of receiving your order.
9. What can I exchange an item for?
After you submit the Product Exchange Form
, we will assess your exchange request. Once it is approved, we will credit Tacfab Cash Points in to your account, which you can redeem against any product purchase.
10. Within how many days can I make an exchange?
You may exchange your purchase within 7 business days of receiving your order.
11. How do I make an exchange?
To exchange an item, kindly complete and submit the Product Exchange Form
within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the item back to us. All items must be returned through registered airmail/courier and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged by you. Items returned must be in their original packaging with their original tags and barcodes intact. You are also required to retain a copy of the purchase invoice.
12. How many days does it take to process an exchange?
Once we receive the items returned by you, we will process the exchange within 14 business days.
13. Who will pay for return shipping?
The cost of shipping the item back to Tacfab will be borne by the customer except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product is received. Tacfab does not take responsibility of goods damaged during transit.
14. Can I exchange an item purchased online in a Tacfab retail store?
Sorry, our retail stores cannot exchange or accept returns for products purchased online on www.tacfabfashions.com.
15. Can I exchange a product that is on sale?
Sorry, but you cannot exchange a product that is on sale or when a coupon code has been used to avail discount.
