How to Measure
To measure the length of your shirt stand in front of the mirror and place the measuring tape upside down at the center of your shoulder and hang it to the point till where you want your shirt. Make sure the tape passes over the center of the bust.
Ask someone for help. Stand straight with your shoulders relaxed and measure the space between your shoulder point passing the tape horizontally through the nape of your back neck.
Wrap the measuring tape horizontally on your body and measure under your armpits aprox 3' above your bust.
Measure from the top outside edge of the shoulder down to the armpit.
To find your bust point , hold the measuring tape vertically at the center of your shoulder and locate the most prominent point of your bust.
Wrap the tape at the widest part of your upper arm (biceps) and measure the circumference of your arm.
Then to measure your chest wrap the tape over the fullest part of your bust.
Wrap the tape around your elbow then bend your elbow slightly and measure the circumference of your elbow.
Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist at your natural waistline which is located approx 3 inches above your belly button and just below your chest. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)
Wrap the tape around your arm where you plan your sleeve length to be and measure the circumference of that area.
Wrap the measuring tape around your hips and make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks.
Hold the tape at the edge of your shoulder and measure down your arm till where you want your sleeve length.
Wrap the measuring tape around your stomach just above your hipboneand approx 2 inches below belly button and measure the fullest part of your tummy portion.
